ü Computer Glasses (if applicable)

ü Sunglasses (Your pupils will be dilated)

 

• If you are a Contact Lens wearer, please remove your contact lenses one hour before the appointment and bring your glasses. Bring your contact lens boxes and/or blister packs

• Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your exam time to check in

• if you’re on any medication, please bring a list of your medications.

• Please bring in your BC care card / BC driver’s licence to the appointment.

• We now directly bill many insurance plans! Bring your plan details to your appointment if you are intereted.

Eye Exam for Adult (19-64)
