Adult Digital Exam - $140

A comprehensive eye exam which includes Optomap Widefield Retinal Imaging to examine the back of the eyes, often without need for dilating drops. Rx for glasses and medications included.


Child Exam + Optomap ($30)

**Recommended** A comprehensive eye exam for children 10 to 18 years old. Includes Optomap Widefield Retinal Imaging to examine the back of the eyes, often without need for dilating drops.


Child Exam (under 19) - $0

Eye exam for children 18 years and below. Includes a health assessment and prescriptions for glasses or medication if required.


Senior Exam (65+) - $80

A comprehensive eye exam which includes Optos Widefield Retinal Imaging to examine the back of the eyes, often without need for dilating drops. Rx for glasses and medications included.


Medical Referral - $0

For Doctor's office use only. Referral from your family doctor or ophthalmologist is required. A prescription for glasses is not included.


Student Exam - $100

A comprehensive eye exam which includes Optos Widefield Retinal Imaging to examine the back of the eyes, often without need for dilating drops. Rx for glasses and medications included.


Dry Eye Assessment - $175

Dry Eye Assessment includes imaging and diagnostic testing for tear break up time, infrared meibography, lipid layer analysis, tear film analysis, and more with a written report and treatment plan.


Myopia Control - $70

Myopia Control Assessment includes axial length measurement, optomap retinal imaging, and an overview of treatment options to reduce the progression of myopia.


Ortho-K Consultation

Orthokeratology consultation for overnight contact lens wear to eliminate the need for glasses and contact lenses during the day time and reduce progression of myopia in children.


For in office appointments please bring with you:

  • All current prescription glasses and sunglasses
  • Your contact lenses and case (if applicable)
  • A list of all your medications
  • Your care card and private insurance information (if applicable)



NOTE: Your eyes may need to be dilated during your eye exam which will leave them blurry and light sensitive for approximately 4-6 hours following your visit. We recommend bringing a driver with you to your appointment. In some cases the dilated exam may be rescheduled for your convenience.
