Here are some tips for your visit :

  • Please bring in your BC care card to the appointment.
  • If you are 19 years or older, your pupils will be dilated.
  • Please bring along any current eyewear or written prescriptions (glasses, computer glasses and sunglasses).
  • If you take medications, it would be helpful if you bring in your list
  • If you are contact lens wearer that you do not wear your contacts at your appointment or bring a case to put your contact lenses.
  • It is the Patients responsibility to determine their coverage eligibility for the Eye exam/Glasses and Contact Lenses through their Insurance provider eg: Blue Cross, MSP, Canada Life, Manulife and Sun Life, prior to scheduling your visit to our Office. We only deal with the four companies mentioned above for extended Health. If they do not approve your coverage when we submit your claim, you will be responsible to pay for services rendered by our office.
  • Should you wish to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you have to cancel within the 24 hours or do not show up for the appointment, we will request $115(adults) $40(seniors and children) deposit to reschedule the appointment. This will be used towards the appointment or as late cancellation/no show fee if you do not show up again. Thank you for your understanding.
