For those 17 years old and younger. Complete eye examination including refraction, ocular health assessment and more. The exam is covered once a year with a valid Saskatchewan health card.

For those who are over the age of 18. Complete eye examination including refraction, ocular health assessment and more.


Complete Exam + Contact Lenses

For patients who are over the age of 18. Complete examination for contact lens wearers. Allows us a little bit more time to assess the fit of the contacts.


Refraction Check

For those who have had a recent eye examination, but want a prescription tune-up.


The day of your appointment :

    • Please bring along the eyewear you currently wear:
      • ✓ Everyday glasses

 

      ✓ Computer Glasses (if applicable)

 

    ✓ Sunglasses (if you are 40 years or older your pupils will be dilated)
  • If you are Contact Lens wearer, please wear your contact lenses into the appointment and bring your glasses. .
  • New patients, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your exam time for some admissions forms.
  • If you take Medications, it would be helpful if you bring in your list.
  • Please bring in your Health Card Type to the appointment.
  • We now directly bill many insurance plans! Bring your plan details to your appointment if you are interested.
